  • Salt as per need- 2 tsp

Directions

  • Peel amd rinse the potatoes.then cut them into. Sticks by cutting the potato in 4 or 5 vertical pieces
  • Place them in a large bowl and freeze it for some time
  • Take oil in a pan, fry the potatoes
  • Sprinkle with the salt
